She also admitted that she wasn't sure she would be able to take the pain that's involved with getting a tattoo. She was also quick to let everyone know she didn't have a problem with them. But it looks like Hilary had a change of heart because she has been sporting some ink here recently.
Hilary decided that it was the right time in her life to get a tattoo. She has "Let it be" written in black right under the outside of her right ankle. Hilary opened up to In Touch Magazine about her tattoo and simply told them you only live once, so why not.
